New franchisees are expected to pay a onetime fee of $5000.00 plus GST, which is charged only after the prospective franchisee has filled out the provided Franchise Application, signed the Binding Letter of Intent and has been approved by Wild Wing ® Restaurants Inc. The $5000.00 is paid to Wild Wing ® Restaurants Inc, and will be applied as a deposit to the franchise fee. In order to use Wild Wing ® Restaurants Inc name, trademarks, image, and logo, new franchisees must pay the remainder of the franchise fee, $30,000.00 upon execution of the Franchise Agreement. Once the restaurant is operating, the franchisee must pay five percent (5%) of the gross sales to Wild Wing ® Restaurants Inc and invest in two percent (2%) of the gross sales to the Wild Wing Advertising Fund.
